Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to sellers/merchants and shipping has been initiated, or if the product is out for delivery.
- In such a case, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Exceptions
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report any damaged or defective items to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt.
- The request will be processed once the seller/merchant has verified the issue.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or not up to expectations, notify customer service within 2 days.
- After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For complaints related to products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Any refunds approved by the Institute of Computer Education and Welfare Society will be processed within 2 days.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer refund/exchange within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
Eligibility Criteria
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be returned with the original packaging.
- If the item was purchased during a sale, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Items are eligible for replacement (based on an exchange request) only if found defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
You agree that certain categories of products/items may be exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
Processing of Returns/Exchanges
For accepted return or exchange requests, once the returned product/item is received and inspected by us:
- We will notify you via email upon receipt of the returned/exchanged product.
- If approved after quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
